Microsoft is providing two types of language Interface packs for their Windows 7 and Vista Operating systems, MUI and LIP. MUI or Multilingual User Interface Pack contains almost complete translation of user interface and LIP or Language Interface Pack provides partial translation of most widely used areas of user interface, LIP can be installed any version of Windows 7 and Vista where MUI can be installed on Enterprise and Ultimate editions of Windows 7 and Vista.
Vistalizator is an application that help us to add any MUI to any edition of Windows 7 and Vista, including starter and Home Basic edition on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. With this small portable application, you will be able to install 36 officially available languages from Microsoft and switch between them easily, windows Speech Recognition will also works with supported languages.
To add a language to OS with Vistalizator, download your preferred language and Vistalizator from the link below, then run Vistalizator, click on on add languages, browse the location of the downloaded MUI pack and click Open to install it.
